My supervisor would like for me to schedule a recurring meeting for several
attendees. This meeting would occur on the 1st Thursday after the 1st Wednesday of every month. Can someone tell me how to do this? |

Set appointment on the first date. Click on the "Action" tab up top. Go to
"Recurrence." In the "Recurrence Pattern" section, click the circle next to "Monthly" and then click the circle next to the second option and set it to the 1st Thursday of every month. The first Thursday of the month can occur before the first Wednesday. The OP wanted the day after the first Wednesday. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Could be solved by scanning the calendar for appointment on the 1st of the month and move it ahead one week. |

Outlook does not provide a method for this type of scheduling. However,
there is an application available from http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/WSRAII/index.htm that will allow for non-traditional scheduling. -- Milly Staples [MVP - Outlook] Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact.
