Default How do I get my business partner to be able to use my calendar?

I just need a step by step process. I am not some computer wizard that can
decipher pages of materials on in case of this...or in case of that. We both
use Vista and we would like one calendar to use between us for when we set up
appointments. Is this too much to ask....

It depends... do you use Exchange server? If not, you need to use a utility.
