I've imported over 500 contacts to Outlook. Must I enter each birthday in my
Outlook calendar to make it a recurring event, or is there an easy way to make my calendar pick up and show every birthday automatically? |

Try using a list view of the contacts folder then go down the listing in one
field add & remove a space then continue down the list. That should be enough editing to get the contact to re-save and save the birthday to your calendar. "Midas$" wrote in message ... The thread was useful. But is there a patch which can help fix the problem
quickly in one go instead of manually fixing up each birthday? I too have many contacts with birthdays. I'm using Outlook 2002. Thanks. "Midas$" wrote: Thanks so much. Worked great!!
