we are trying to share calendars in our office, and, due to blackberry rules,
they only display a users main calendar (in exchange)....how can i get a
shared calendar data, to automantically also go to someones "main" calendar?

I'm not quite sure what you are trying to do but the default calendar will
always be the user's own calendar in their mailbox.

If you want appointments from other calendars in the main calendar you need
to copy them to it or use a 3rd party program to sync them. See
http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/sync-mail.asp for some tools that can do
this.
