When I use the Outlook 2007 scheduling assistant and add an employee to a
meeting request, I can see the subject line of items in the employee's calendar. My appointment subject lines also appear with the free/busy information. Is there a setting in Outlook 2007 to disable the scheduling assistant from showing subject lines for calendar appointments? Also, can this be controlled with a group policy? Thank you. -- Carolyn |

the options available are on the properties sheet of the folder, permissions
tab. Outlook 2007 offers F/B time, F/B time, subject and location, or full details. If GPO can't control it, you can set it on server using fpadmin. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
