Default Outlook 2007 Scheduling Assistant shows Calendar Info

When I use the Outlook 2007 scheduling assistant and add an employee to a
meeting request, I can see the subject line of items in the employee's
calendar. My appointment subject lines also appear with the free/busy
information.

Is there a setting in Outlook 2007 to disable the scheduling assistant from
showing subject lines for calendar appointments? Also, can this be controlled
with a group policy?

Thank you.

the options available are on the properties sheet of the folder, permissions
tab. Outlook 2007 offers F/B time, F/B time, subject and location, or full
details. If GPO can't control it, you can set it on server using fpadmin.
