Why would the OK button not be available under map custom fields?
I am trying to import a csv file to an Outlook calendar. I have done this in
the past with no problems, but now the OK button is not available under the map custom fields. The import does not work - as you would expect. Any suggestions?

Why would the OK button not be available under map custom fields?
Are you mapping the fields? If none are linked to the corresponding field in
