I would like a daily reminder for "counting down" to particular date. After I
click on the reminder it should not reappear till the next day and decrement by 1. I tried doing this by inserting a spreadsheet in the comments part but the countdown aspect does not automatically update. The Spreadsheet used the formula " = Specified Date - Today ()" It works correctly but will not update automatically in Outlook . Any suggestions or an easier Outlook only way of doing this. Thanks. I am using Outlook 2007 in Vista Ultimate environment. |

in outlook you'd use a recurring task - it would be regenerated daily.
if you want it on the calendar, you could use excel to create count down appointments.
