tools, options, calendar options, time zone. Enable a second time zone. When
you need to create an appointment for 10 am india time, look for 10 am in the india time zone column then create the appointment as normal. its even easier in outlook 2007- the appointment form has a time zone selector so you can set it for 10 am and pick the time zone. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
