Hello
in my organization one of the medical directors works works on different locations during the week for example a on monday, b on tuesday, a on wednesnday, c on thursday etc appointments on each location are mostly made by the secretary staff on the particular location. Is is possible that the secretary staff on location a has 'change rights' to the calendar of the director on monday and wednesday, en read rights on tuesday and thursday and so forth Or stated different: the may only make new appointments on some weekdays but not on all days? We are running a windows 20003 server with outlook clients. Thanks for help Diederik |
