How do I set up / send out invitations to 6 delegates whose calendar I have
access too. The dates are monthly for the next 12 months and vary on the
days of the week. I can enter into my calendar but how do I send out to all
the others?

Use meeting requests, not appointments. if they don't meet a pattern you'll
need to make a separate one each month or use exceptions (make it for once a
month then drag it to the correct date each month). if none of the
appointments fit a pattern its better to create 1 per month rather than use
exceptions.
