Reminders

Hello, I am using Outlook 2002, connected to an exchange server, and OWA at
times. I am having a problem with old reminders constantly popping up, I
have tried dismissing them but they keep returning. I get the following when
trying to dismiss them, "Cannot turn off the reminder. You may be reminded
again." Any ideas as to what the problem is.

Try using the /cleanreminders command line switch as described he
