'Twas my first thought, but the default setting is Read for user's calendars.
Tested it against another account. Problem appears to be on one computer (or one login profile on that computer) alone. Hmm, haven't tried blowing away Outlook profile and recreating it. Still open to ideas, however... -- Ctrl-Alt-Del signing off "Bob I" wrote: Free/Busy info not being published by the people in question? Ctrl-Alt-Del wrote: When new appointment box is opened and scheduling assistant is used, entering name of attendees (either directly or from address book) yields cross-hatched bar across time slots and error msg, "No information available."
