I frequently need to look back over events in my diary. Useful for compiling
expenses, checking who I was with and when, etc. This is easy using a regular diary, and was easy using a CRM package (Goldmine) where completed items stay in the calendar, but crossed out as completed. I haven't found a way of looking at completed items in Outlook 2003 - other than looking up Activities within individual contact records - but this is not very useful. Any suggestions? If it is not possible, does 2007 have a solutiion? Thanks!! -- Noel O'K |

Are you archiving items out of your Calendar & Tasks folders? Right click on
them, choose Properties and check the AutoArchive tab to see if the older items are being moved out of your active folders.
