Default Completed Items

I frequently need to look back over events in my diary. Useful for compiling
expenses, checking who I was with and when, etc. This is easy using a
regular diary, and was easy using a CRM package (Goldmine) where completed
items stay in the calendar, but crossed out as completed.
I haven't found a way of looking at completed items in Outlook 2003 - other
than looking up Activities within individual contact records - but this is
not very useful.
Any suggestions? If it is not possible, does 2007 have a solutiion?
Thanks!!

Are you archiving items out of your Calendar & Tasks folders? Right click on
them, choose Properties and check the AutoArchive tab to see if the older
items are being moved out of your active folders.

Just look at the says in question on your Calendar. Outlook never deletes
anything unless you configure it to do so.

That's "days in question".
