I have my default calendar and another calendar that I set up shared with a
co-worker. I would like for my co-worker to be able to import events from a csv file into these two shared calendars. Unfortunately, the shared calendars do not show up as destination folders when my co-worker runs the Import/Export Wizard. Is there a setting that needs to be adjusted to make the shared calendars available as destitnations for the import? Or is there a work around? Or third party software that enables this capabilty? Or can it be accomplished through VBA? |

Sorry, I forgot to include some details. We use Outlook 2007 and are on an
Exchange Server. "RogerM" wrote in message ... I have my default calendar and another calendar that I set up shared with a co-worker. However, a fairly simple work-around is to create a temporary calendar folder in your delivery location folder set (where your default folders reside), import into that folder, then move the contents of that folder to the shared calendar. You can then delete the extra calendar folder or simply leave it around for the next time, if this isn't a one-off situation. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Thanks for the response Brian. I was afraid that was the case.
