I am used to using the the regular yellow calendar on Outlook - with the
click of a button. One day I dont know what happened but whenever I click "Calendar" now, I get a green task plane which apparently is a "Calendar in Archive Folders." I believe this is the default now and its difficult for me to locate the general yellow calendar (on the left there are two options under my calendar: calendar and calendar in archive folders. and you have to do two clicks to get into my regular yellow calendar). I would like to get rid of this green calendar in archive folders - and just have one calendar like I had before. How can I do this? |

I clicked Tools, Email Acconts, Next. I do not see anywhere the “delivery new
email to the following location” line. (I even tried different things, such as under “email accounts”, I chose each of the four options before clicking “next”). (I even tried different things, such as under “email accounts”, I chose each of the four options before clicking “next”). Explicitly, it's ToolsE-mail AccountsView or change existing e-mail accountsNext. You'll see a dialogue containing the names of youre accounts, buttons down the right side labeled "Change", "Add", "Remove", "Set as Default", "Move Up", and "Move Down". Below the account list you'll see "Deliver new e-mail to the following location" with a drop-down below it and to the right of that, a button labaled "New Outlook Data File". Finally, at the bottom right are buttons labeled "Back", "Finish", and "Cancel". If you don't see what I describe, then you're not using Outlook 2003 as you claim. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
