Default How To Print Appointments From Each Employee's Folder?

I work in a company that uses its own service technicians to service our
equipment installed at various customer locations. We keep track of the
technician's appointments in Outlook 2007. Each tech has his or her own
folder in Outlook 2007 with their own daily appointments. I need to know how
to print all of the appointments on a daily basis from each technician's
folder on a sheet of paper. How do I print this combined view of all
appointments of all of our technicians?
