I manage 3 calendars other than my own. When opening another executive's
calendar, colors are automatically assigned: the first calendar opened is green, the second is pink, etc. This can become confusing. I want to assign a permanent color to each calendar so that the calendar for executive #1 is always green, etc. |

Current versions of Outlook doesn't support permanently assigning colors.
You need to enable them in a specific order to force colors. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Need Help with Common Tasks? http://www.outlook-tips.net/beginner/ Outlook 2007: http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ol2007/ Outlook Tips by email: Exchange Messaging Outlook newsletter: Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
