I am wondering if there was ever a feature in Microsoft Office 2007 Outlook
for calendar - meeting / appointment request "automatically finding the next compatible meeting / appointment?" I for some reason remember "auto find next" as a feature for when multiple people are booked and you want to find when everyone can meet up. I do see on the right side of Microsoft Office 2007 Outlook Professional Plus SP1 that I have Suggested Times: 11:AM 2 of 2 free. I wonder if that has been updated or if I a missing something; or if the feature never existed or if it was put into this right pane. Thank you. |

I'm not at my OL 2007 system right now, but on the Scheduling tab of an Outlook 2003 event is an "AutoPick Next" button. Is this what you remember? -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

Outlook 2007 does it slightly differently than older versions - it uses the
pane you see when the account is Exchange (possibly only if Ex 2007). Otherwise, it falls back to Autopick Next. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com.
