Synchronizing recurring item from a Blackberry

When I enter recurring event in my Blackberry and then synch to my Outlook
2007 calendar, the ending date appears as one day earlier in the Outlook
Calendar. How can the two calendars be conformed in this respect?

Make sure both devices have the exact same time zone.
