Outlook 2003. I have two users who have had problems setting up appointments.
When they set up a new appointment they choose the people they want and then send the message. They are both receiving bounce back messages that the appointment can't be delivered to certain users. They are receiving the bounce back because those users are no longer with the company and their accounts were deleted. I asked if they were using a contact list, but in both cases they are entering the addresses from scratch. There is some residual coming from somewhere, but I don't know where to look. |
