What I'm trying to achieve is this, currently within outlook ( 2007 &
exchange 2007) we have public folders, containing calendars for the various meeting rooms we have. Instead of sending a meeting request for my own e mail account, and then having to add an appointment to the meeting room calendar, is it possible to send a request which will automaticaly add an apppintment to the meeting room calendar itself? Cheers for any pointers |

Hi Diane,
the PB is now mail enabled, it wasn't before. So, my understanding of how it will work is that once the mailbox is set up, and in the address book, it's just a case of sending a meeting request to the meeting room e mail & the attendees of the proposed meeting? is there any thing else that needs setting up?
