Default Appointment times changing (without my help)

Every time I sync my outlook with my iPhone, the times for all my recurring
appointments change on Outlook not on the iPhone. HELP PLEASE! I tried adding
another calendar and re-syncing but it didn't help.

In what way do the times change? If it is by one hour, then it's likely you
have a DST problem, either on your PC or on the iPhone.

The problem is with the time zone or DST settings on one device.
