Calendar colouring instead of showing status / appointment details
I'm not sure if this is possible, but i'm looking to change slightly the way
other members of staff see my calander. Would it be possible to colour code different types of appointments, for example, if i have no appointments my calender appear one colour, if i have an appointment it shows as another etc etc, private meetings / appointments another colour? If possible though, could the contents of appointments etc be hidden from people looking at my calender, so all they will see is if i have any spare time for appointments etc by what colour my calader is??
