Default No bold on scheduled dates in shared calendar

Using Outlook 2003 with Exchange Server.

When consulting her calendar, a colleague sees bold dates in the Date
Navigator when she has something scheduled.

If she opens her bosses calendar, the weekend dates are in bold (nothing
scheduled though) and the weekdays are not bold even if there is something
scheduled.

Is there a way to get her boss's calendar to act in the same way as hers?

Thanks for the help!
