Default Calendar apointments

senario :
I receive a a business appointment from someone where I should attend.
This meeting is scheduled in my calendar.
Now I would like to send this appointment to some of my coleagues so they
know im busy at this time.
It should only contain meating name, start and stop time or maybe fields
that I can choose or a by a template that I set up..
when the recievers of this mail accept it, it should show up as a dimmed ,
like water marked apointment with my name and apointment name. the only
action possible should be to delete it

This would save us the time to add paralel meeting just to inform we're
busy at the time

If I forward it as it is now under Action I calendar the people click on
the accept button a mail is sent to my my attendees which should never
recieve this mail.

this has been irrtating me for some time now

Matt

If you forward a meeting request and the person accepts, the other attendees
get a copy of the acceptance? Only you (the organizer) should get it.

You shouldn't need to forward appointments to people so they can see you are
busy - that is what free/busy publishing is for.
