Using outlook 2007 to share a calendar with other people who also use outlook
2007. Calendar is shared via office online calendar sharing service. When I
did the initial publishing and sent the email to share with the first set of
users, everything worked fine. If I try to share with someone new, I receive
the error message: "Error while preparing to send sharing message. Server
returned an error." All invitees have MS Live ID accounts and I am able to
log on to and veiw the calendar in my MS online account. Anyone have a
solution for this? I have seen the threads about the service being "jicky"
and to what a few days and it will work, but I have been working on this over
a few weeks and the error is always there.

This is a service issue - Microsoft is aware of the problem and it should be
fixed this month (April, exact date unknown). You can work around the
problem by removing everyone's access to the calendar, and then inviting
everyone + the new people back to the calendar.

No, it's not a problem in Outlook but with the calendar service. It was
supposed to be fixed when they did their routine updates in April.

The Problem is still there, though its may month already. oh and yeah doing
that deleting profile routine on the office website also doesn't resolve
anything, it happens continiously please help it is driving me crazy
