Default private appointments

how do i delete a privacy notation? once created, outlook will not let me
click (or even right click) on the Private appointment to make changes.

Default private appointments

Hello, I have this same problem. I set a appointment to private and now I can
not see the details and make changes, please help. I have microsoft exchange
server 2003
