Default Printing only Subject and Location of meeting

I print out a schedule card each day for my boss...the cards are 3.25"
by 8.5." On his card, I only want to have print the time, meeting
subject, and location. The problem is that I still need all the other
information (contact info, details about the meeting agenda, etc) to be
on the Outlook calendar so when I print out his weekly calendar he can
read all the information.

Is there any way that I can customize the print setup for the card to
only print out the subject, location, and time...or is my best option
to create another "card printing" calendar that has each
meeting/event...but that I must manually go into and delete all the
information. Or is there a way to export into Word (other than cutting
and pasting...which I have tried but which takes forever)? Thank you!
