I work for a very small company: just my boss and I. When I schedule his
appointments in Outlook Calendar, I always have to add his name/e-mail address as an attendee. Is there a way to set-it-up where it automatically brings in his name as default along with mine instead of adding it each time? He swears there is. |

the only way I'm aware of it making a custom template with his name added.
Do you need to set these up as meetings? Are you using exchange server? -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: You can access this newsgroup by visiting http://www.microsoft.com/office/comm...s/default.mspx or point your newsreader to msnews.microsoft.com. Diane;
They don't necessarily need to be meetings. They are just the appointments for the day that he has to attend to. An exchange server? I don't know what you mean by that.
