When I send a Rich text formatted email to this specific recipient who is connected to a different exchange server, he receives it in HTML format. I sent the same email to someone else who is working for another company and he gets it in Rich text format.
So I know that my outlook and the exchange server settings are okay. What could cause the email to convert into HTML when he receives it? |
