How do I get the Location Line to print on an appointment calenda

We need to print our calendar out 1 month at a time and it needs to show all
the info in the appt line and the one below it Location....How can I get this
to happen

Version of outlook?

which may meet your needs. The Word templates work well with all versions of
outlook.
