Default Meeting requests and custom response buttons

I am making meetings and getting responses, but I am wondering if there is a
way to customize the response buttons on a meeting request. Right now I am
sending out a meeting request, and then another email with the custom
buttons, but I am wondering if I can't combine both into one request. Please
help.

No, you can't change the meeting response buttons or add voting buttons to
it.
