Sceanrio:
Exchange Server 2003 SP2. Outlook 2003 SP2. A recurring meeting has been set up with users and a required resource (phone line) at x. oclock every tuesday. One tuesday they decide to move a signle instance of this meeting to the following day at 9am. * The phone line has alreay been booked at 9am the following day BUT there is no warning of resource conflict. Why is this happening? Is there a way of warning the user of the resource conflict or perventing it? (* If a single instance of the meeting (identically set up) is created the meeting cannot be changed.) Ben schneider |
