Default Outlook 2007 and Sharepoint

We just started using Sharepoint WSS 3.0 and are uploading our contacts,
calenders and other items from Outlook 2007 into Sharepoint. What we want to
do however is have it set up so that when we update a calender event, for
example, in Outlook 2007 it will automatically sync with Sharepoint and not
require a drag and drop. The outlook accounts go through an exchange server
that would then be accessed by sharepoint and hopefully updated automatically
again without having to drag and drop the new event into the sharepoint.

unless the events are in a sharepoint calendar you have linked in outlook
(and you are editing the linked calendar), you would need a 3rd party
utility to sync them.
