Our COO and his secretary share his calendar. She has noticed a lot of odd
things going on for quite awhile now. He was once on 2007 and she was on 2003 and we thought that was the problem and put him back on 2003, however, his calendar still keeps changing items. Here is what it does: There are meetings falling off and duplicate meetings and even a couple of meetings that changed times. The recurring meetings that his secretary deleted and re-entered to end at the end of the calendar year have reappeared, but the COO deleted some of them as he noticed them. Not sure if he deleted the one that reappeared or the new ones that she entered so she can't delete either and feel like nothing will be lost. Any suggestions or solutions? |
