Where can you enter Mileage in MS Outlook Calendar?
I see an export field for specific fields of Mileage and Category. Where or
how do these get entered?

Actually, Mileage is used for tasks; see the Details page there. Categories can be entered either at the bottom of an item (for Outlook 2007), or by clicking the Categorize button on the toolbar (Outlook 2007); or in the folder view by a right click on the item, then Categorize. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories? I'm not sure if this will help or not, but there is an addin that uses the location of your appointment to calculate mileage automatically. It might be worth taking a look: http://googlescrapersoftware.com/out...alculator.html
