Hi Guys
We run an exch 2003 box, but we have the outlook pst stored and delivered locally on the machine instead of the server mailbox, this gives the user 2 calenders in outlook but they dont seem to sync any new meetings or current appoinments across the 2, Is there a way i can have them sync automatically Thanks |

I don't think I quite understand your environment...why are you using
server mailboxes AND PST files? It's really best-practice to just use the Exchange Mailbox and that would seem to solve your sync problem. -- -Ben- Ben M. Well, my advice would be to fix the server problems - storage is cheap
and you'll be glad you did it. That said, I'm not aware of a capable sync tool but you might check here and see if you can find one that works for you: http://www.slipstick.com/AddIns/calendar.asp -- -Ben- Ben M. That will give you the best of both. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |

You should be delivering your data to the mailbox, not a PST. Why are you using a PST? Perhaps there are other approaches we can suggest if you tell us the reasons behind your configuration. -- Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook] |
