Hi Michael
1. I want to hide the standard calendar/appointment so when I click on new appointment or on a time slot, my custom appointment form opens. I have tried your instructions but im doing something wrong. Can you please explain from the initial stages (ie: do i start in design mode or ?? ). Would really appreciate this extra help(please please!) I have worked out that I can have it behind the standard appointment but want it in front as otherwise its not efficient. Thanks for the picture info- thats great and it worked. -- allison "Michael Bauer [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: #1: Do you mean you want the custom form to be the default? For that right click the folder, choose Properties. On the first page see the dropdown box, select Forms..., and find your custom form. #2: Turn to the edit mode, and drag the image control from the toolbox to your form. Then right click the control, choose Extended (?) Properties, then double click 'Picture'. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories? How do I make my customised appointment page open up each day without having to open the saved design form? Also - how do I insert a special logo on customised form - I have tried copy paste and it wont work. It wont allow me to insert a file or object either? Please please help!! THanks |

Hi
I did the following 1. Created a new form under design form 2. Make new fields as appropriate 3. Run Form 4. Publish Form I can then go into anydate and click on actions and see the bottom icon will be my new "calendar". As previously mentioned I want to know if I can automactially open up my calendar and have my new design instead of the old one. I tried to right click the folder and no luck, not sure where I do this in what section. I cant r/click in design or choose folder mode and there is no options in design mode. Please help Thankyou -- allison "Michael Bauer [MVP - Outlook]" wrote: 1. ![]() You have published the form, that's good. Now you need to tell the folder that it has to use the form by default. For that you need to right click the folder, not any item, and choose Properties at the bottom of the context menu. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories? ![]() I'm sorry, I'm not available for help outside the newsgroups. Switch to your calendar. If you don't use the Folder List to see all of your folders in a treeview, you see the group "My Calendars" left hand. If that group is collapsed, expand it. In the group there's at least one entry, probably called "Calendar". That's the folder you can select with your mouse, then press the right button on the mouse, which brings up a context menu. -- Best regards Michael Bauer - MVP Outlook : Outlook Categories?
