The first page of the appointmentitem cannot be changed. You'd have to built
all of it from scratch on the second page and hide the first one.

Thankyou Michael for this info, appreciated.

Any chance you can advise how you create a 2nd and hide the 1st? Any info
would be appreciated. Thanks again

See "Adding Fields to Outlook Tasks 2007" in
microsoft.public.outlook.general

The "second page" is already there, you see it if you start the edit mode.
In order to hide a page, uncheck Form-Show this page.

Hi - Thankyou so much for your help so far.

How do I make my customised appointment page open up each day without having
to open the saved design form?

Also - how do I insert a special logo on customised form - I have tried copy
paste and it wont work. It wont allow me to insert a file or object either?

Please please help!! THanks

#1: Do you mean you want the custom form to be the default? For that right
click the folder, choose Properties. On the first page see the dropdown box,
select Forms..., and find your custom form.

#2: Turn to the edit mode, and drag the image control from the toolbox to
your form. Then right click the control, choose Extended (?) Properties,
then double click 'Picture'.
