A co-worker has a small calendar showing by his mail window in Outlook. It
says To Do Bar on it. How do I get this? (He doesn’t remember). I want to
see a calender when I open my mail box.

Are you using Outlook 2007? If so, check out the View menu To-Do Bar
submenu

I am using Outlook 2003 and the To-Do Bar is not an option in my View menu.
I guess that I am out of luck???

Correct. The To-Do Bar was introduced in Outlook 2007. You do, however, have
the Taskpad.
