I have a set of recurring events, that I have sent to 9 users for a weekly
meeting we must have while we to discuss issues with our continuing rollout of Office 2007. I needed to reschedule the time for all meetings and a notification was sent out for all 20 scheduled meetings to all 9 attendees. In-other-words, 180 emails were generated. How do I get this change only sent out once to each of the attendees announcing the change in the 20 meetings. Thank you for your help. Carl |
