Default How do I print 2 pg/week calendar so pages turn like in a book?

Am trying to print pages for a circa binder. Cannot figure out how to print
pages on both sides so they turn like in a book with the current week's pages
open side by side for multiple weeks.

Version of outlook? Do you have a duplex printer?

Default How do I print 2 pg/week calendar so pages turn like in a book

Hi Diane!

Version is 2007 at work and 2003 at home.

Printer is duplex at work, but not at home.

I print a week on 2 pages so when I open to the week they need to be side by
side, but then the question is the next week and if I do same, I can't figure
out how to utilize the back of the previous week's 2nd page.

This should be simple and I am missing it. Thanks. - Michele

try printing to pdf or other digital format and inserting a blank page in
the front of the first calendar page, then print to paper.

There are the instructions in Outlook 2002 Help "Print a booklet in Outlook"
on both duplex and non-duplex printers. I have printed successfully on the
latter, as long as I add in the step of manually reversing the order of the
pages after printing the odd-numbered ones.
