Default Published Calendar on Webpage that others, non-members can schedul

I want to publish my calendar to a webpage and then allow people who want to
see me for an appointment, schedule an available time. I don't necessarily
need or want to give them access or grant them permission. If they want to
see me, I want them to be able to schedule an appointment. This would
obviously mean they could see my available times, click on it, and schedule
something. It would be even better if I could have a form they fill out with
information first or as a part of this scheduling - any ideas or suggestions

Are you using Exchange server? Do you have a web server that you can install
stuff on?

You can sync to a web service and clicking a date would open a meeting
request form.
