If we schedule a meeting and invite a meeting room as a resource and the
meeting room is booked, it will send the Decline message back from the meeting room, but still sends the meeting request to all the users. Since the room is booked, the entire meeting really can't happen, so the meeting has to be rescheduled again, and maybe again and again. Is there a way to specify that if the meeting room is unavailabe, that no other invitations will go out? In other words, have all other invitations wait to be sent until it is confirmed the room is available? For a single meeting this isn't a big problem because you can look at Free/Busy, but if this is a recurring meeting for the next six months, the organizer doesn't look at all Free/Busy for the next six months. Thanks. |
