In Outlook 2007, if someone sets up a meeting and sends the invitations, how
can she delete it from her calendar, without notifications to the proposed attendees. Thank you Carl |

What I'd try is creating a second calendar folder, moving the appointment to that calendar, then deleting the second calendar.
