What groups are the calendars in? They should be ordered from the top down
calendars in your 'my calendars' go on the left, shared to the right. if they are overlaid, you can change it by clicking the arrow on each calendar tab. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: Let's Really Fix Outlook 2010 http://forums.slipstick.com/forumdisplay.php?f=34 "Melody KirkWagner" admin[at]tribeofadmins[dot]com wrote in message ... In Outlook 2003 and prior, my calendar always appeared on the left and any shared calendars to the right of it. In 2007, my shared calendars appear on the left, regardless of order opened. I can't find a preference to control this and I'm constantly creating meetings from the wrong calendar. Anyone know if there is one? I figured it out. What I needed to do was grab the "my calendars" section in the left hand pane and drag it to the top of the "My Calendars" list. Not sure how it got to the bottom, but that was the problem.
