I just received a phone call from one of our Division Managers. He said he
marked a few appointments as private in his calendar, but his secretary can still see them. He's using Outlook 2003. I told him to go to Tools -- Options -- Delegates and could change it there, but he said no one is listed under delegates. I have 2007, so I'm not sure on 2003 what other way to share your calendar. Whatever option he chose, how can he make it so she can't see Private appointments? Thanks! Trisha |
