In Calendar mode, both daily view and weekly view, Outlook 2007 is not
displaying the whole appointment. In other words, if I click into a time slot and type "soccer game," then click out and double click back in and change the end time so that the appointment is 3 hours long, Outlook still only displays the original 1/2 hour block. What am I getting wrong here? Thanks Note: the shape of the appointment sems wrong to me also. Instead of a rounded rectangle, it shows as a a rounded rectangle with a panhandle - kind of like Oklahoma. |

the pan handle means it’s a smaller appt then the block supports. How are
you changing the end time? Try dragging the edges to make it larger. -- Diane Poremsky [MVP - Outlook] Outlook Tips: http://www.outlook-tips.net/ Outlook & Exchange Solutions Center: http://www.slipstick.com Outlook Tips by email: EMO - a weekly newsletter about Outlook and Exchange: "Carmichael_Tom" wrote in message ... Thanks, Diane.
I am changing the time by opening the appointment and changing the end time. I cannot grab the bottom handle in daily or weekly mode and stretch it. Not an option. Grabbing the bottom handle (which is displayed) results in moving the entire appointment. "Diane Poremsky [MVP]" wrote: the pan handle means it’s a smaller appt then the block supports.
