We use Outlook 2007 to publish our calendars to the web so we can share them.
I was wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to have different detail levels. We want to be able to give one coworker Full Details but have another only see Availability. It kind of looks like everyone has to have the same detail rights, but I wasn't sure. Thanks! |

I think on the web all access is the same. If it's from an Exchange server
you'd have more granular control, as far as I know. "acp" wrote in message ... We use Outlook 2007 to publish our calendars to the web so we can share them. You'd need to publish multiple copies and I don't think its possible.

Thank you both for replying (and so quickly, too!) -- I appreciate it.
