Default reminders won't clear

Unfortunately, the process did not work. The old meeting reminder keeps
popping up, even though the actual meeting notice in outlook has long since
been erased and is gone.

Anything else that can be done on an issue like this?

Create a custom table view of the calendar and add the Reminder column to the
header line. Group by this field. See if you can find the old calendar item
in the list in the "Reminder: Yes" group. If you find it, you can select it
and press or click Delete.

Clever idea. I'll give it a try.

I may not have created the table properly. The way to do so wasn't obvious. I
did, however, identify the culprit and try to delete it. The system responded
that it could not delete the reminder because it was associated with an event
that's no longer in the database. On the other hand, after telling me that,
the item seemed to have been deleted. Again, I'll have to watch to see if
this was successful.
